Delivery times will vary due to the design and quantities but most products will have a lead time stated under the specification tab. Larger and bespoke products may take longer but this will be advised when an enquiry has been placed. If your lighting order is urgent and required by a certain date then please call to discuss your requirements.
We have a number of secure options, BACS, Bank transfer or by using the trusted secure payment gateway ‘Sage Pay’ link which is displayed at the bottom of the invoice. (Sage Pay is a leading internet payment processing company and transactions are 100% secure). Alternately you can phone the office to make payment if those options are not available.

We offer trade discounts to interior designers, lighting designers, architects, contractors and many more. We would just need you to confirm you are trade so we tend to ask for your website details, address and VAT number. You can either fill in our trade application or email us at email@example.com.
