FAQ’s

How do I place an order?

Visit shop and select the product you wish, customise and then add to basket. If you can’t find the product you’re looking for or require any further assistance please call our lighting office on 02082112431 or email sales@leverint.co.uk and a member from our sales team will be with you as soon as possible. We look forward to hearing from you.

How long will my items take to deliver?

Delivery times will vary due to the design and quantities but most products will have a lead time stated under the specification tab. Larger and bespoke products may take longer but this will be advised when an enquiry has been placed. If your lighting order is urgent and required by a certain date then please call to discuss your requirements.

How do I make a payment?

We have a number of secure options, BACS, Bank transfer or by using the trusted secure payment gateway ‘Sage Pay’ link which is displayed at the bottom of the invoice. (Sage Pay is a leading internet payment processing company and transactions are 100% secure.)

Alternately you can phone the office on 02082112431 to make payment if those options are not available.

Can I arrange a virtual meeting?

We would be delighted to arrange a virtual meeting via Zoom, Skype, Whatsapp, Facetime or on any platform that suits. Please call or email sales@leverint.co.uk to book an appointment.

Do you offer trade discounts?

We offer trade discounts to interior designers, lighting designers, architects, contractors and many more. We would just need you to confirm you are trade so we tend to ask for your website details, address and VAT number. You can either fill in our trade application or email us at sales@leverint.co.uk.

Can you create bespoke products?

Every design has its differences and every project has its own set of criteria, whether it’s an original concept or a customised order, our skilled designers would love the opportunity to discuss your requirements and ideas. Do you have a showroom?

Our head quarters is just north of London in Enfield and most of our products are available to view in our studio. Please call or email the office to arrange an appointment and we would be delighted to book a date in.

What is your policy for returning items?

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and wish to return any items, providing the claim is made within 7 days of receiving the goods then please contact our sales team sales@leverint.co.uk and we will advise on the process. Do you offer lighting installation?

Yes if required, we have a dedicated sub-contractor who can install your lighting. A specialist in the field, our domestic & commercial electrician provides a professional, efficient service.
