NEW RESIDENTIAL PROJECT: UNVEILED
Welcome to our full house project, sit back and take our mini lighting tour. From the grand art-deco stairwell cluster light that spans the central stairwell to our sealed rod pendant lights that inherently transformed the kitchen area beyond measure. Bedrooms, bathrooms and hallways all underwent luxury lighting treatment too.
This extensive residential build was worked on by a number of our experienced designers who managed to build a lighting scheme that flowed and complemented one another, whilst emboldening the entire property. Not only did our timeless lighting installs add financial value to the property, they also added value to our client’s lifestyle and happiness.
CENTRAL STAIRWELL: TEMPLE PENDANT CLUSTER
Nothing says bespoke luxury like an opulent chandelier! The stairwell features three levels and this 25-way Temple cluster was measured and installed to fit the dimensions accordingly, giving just enough length it wouldn’t interfere with everyday life and yet correlating beautifully with the height of the generous high ceiling.
A show-stopping light fixture in its own right, this special bespoke design offered the perfect balance of light, art and functionality.
KITCHEN/DINING ROOM: KINGSTON ROD PENDANT
Invisible canopies are such a timeless look and that’s exactly what the brief asked for. Something dramatic, seamless and modern, the Kingston sealed rod pendant delivered on all three accounts. Customised in hand-plated brushed black finish and twisted fine ribbed glass, these rod pendant lights added a touch of sophistication and warm, mellow light.
Could you just imagine staring out into these views under the toasty, warm light of our installation? It’s the epitome of cosy living.
HALLWAY: TEMPLE PILLAR LIGHTS
Is this the stairwell to heaven or what? Our minimalist-inspired Temple pillar wall lights certainly emit a majestic-like quality amidst the warm marble and neutral tones, filling this part of the home with soft waves of light. The scheme brought flow to the layout of the stairwell, implementing a sense of direction and guidance for both clients and their guests.

BATHROOM: BESPOKE FLUSH MOUNT
Soft glass curves contrasted beautifully with the slope of the vanity mirror and lovely splashes of light made for a warm, relaxing welcome. Our bespoke Temple flush mount wall lights brought a wealth of glamour and allure to this bathroom design and their IP44-rating ensured these fixtures illuminated the client’s space, whilst in keeping with safety regulations.
